Yes, you may request a quotation by sending us your item list and specifications via Facebook or Viber. Please allow us 1–2 days to respond to your quotation.
Readily available products can be picked up within the day. Ordered products are available within at least 2–3 days.

Lead time may vary depending on the ordered item.
Yes—send us your load schedule and we will have them assembled or customized for you.
Panels with commercial-type breakers and PVC panel boards are available within 1–2 days. Customized panel boards are available after 12–14 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order cancellations or modifications are subject to approval and may not be allowed once processing has started.

We do not allow cancellations for customized items and cut wires.
We accept cash and bank transfer only. We allow check payments, but it must be cleared first before we process your order.
We require at least 50% down payment to process orders. The remaining balance must be settled before release or delivery.
Yes, we require a minimum purchase of ₱50,000 for delivery within Metro Manila.
Yes, delivery outside Metro Manila can be arranged through third-party couriers. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.

No, we are open from Monday to Saturday.
Yes, we issue official receipts for all completed payments.
